For questions about a specific auction, item, or purchase, you will always contact the Affiliate that managed the auction. Affiliate contact information can be found in the Details section of each auction, on your invoice, or at the link below.

We have tons of information available to help you with a smooth online bidding experience. You can also use the online chat widget usually located on the bottom right corner of the page. If you need to contact equip-bid directly, send a ticket under the Contact page, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What if I have an issue with an independent affiliate?

Each affiliate is an independently owned business. Most issues will need to be resolved directly with the affiliate that managed the sale. Equip-Bid's primary role is that of a venue. We are happy to connect you with the correct Affiliate if you are having trouble finding their information.
