What if I'm Exempt from Sales Tax?

Proof of tax exemption must be provided before paying for and picking up your items.

If the seller is an independent affiliate of equip-bid, you must provide them with the proper paperwork. Contact the seller ASAP to confirm what is needed. If the seller is Equip-bid (our own sales team), contact support@equip-bid.com.

Please bring your appropriate state tax-exempt resale certificate with you when picking up your items.

As every auction is a unique event, you may need to provide your sales tax exemption certificate for each auction.

At this time, we do not set bidder accounts to tax-exempt, so again, each sale would need the tax removed. Contact us at support@equip-bid.com with any questions.
