What if I am Not Getting Emails from Equip-Bid?
Equip-Bid sends out the following emails:
1. Outbid notifications
2. Invoice notifications
3. Password Reset Requests
4. Promotional Emails and Auction Notifications
To make sure you never miss an email from us, please add the following email addresses as contacts in your email service:

support@equip-bid.com (outbid notifications and invoice notifications)

office@equip-bid.com (informing you of new auctions and special news)
Always check your spam/junk mail folder as sometimes emails can end up there. Usually, you can adjust your settings so that emails from Equip-Bid.com will come to your inbox by adding us to your contacts or marking us as "Not Spam."
To manage your email preferences, navigate to your Account Page while logged into Equip-Bid.com.
